- 1Poor
- One question type
- Every answer in this system is a score from 1 to 5 and a reason. There is nothing else to fill in.
- Anchors, not adjectives
- Each score carries a written description of what it looks like for that competency. Read it before you pick.
- At least 100 characters
- Every score needs a concrete example behind it, high ones included. This is what makes the result defensible later.
- Submitting is final
- You can save a draft as often as you like. Once you submit, it cannot be changed.
Questions
Asked before.
Why am I in this review?
Eligibility is at least one year of service at the December cut-off, for permanent and contract staff. People & Culture set it before the cycle opens.
Who can read what I write?
Your self-assessment is visible to your Primary, your HOD or C-Level, and People & Culture. 360 feedback is never shown to the person it is about.
Can I change an answer after submitting?
No. A submitted review is final. Save a draft and come back to it as often as you need before then.
Why does it insist on 100 characters?
A score on its own cannot be discussed, defended or calibrated. The reason is what your one-on-one is built from.
Who chose my 360 reviewers?
Your HOD or C-Level, from people who have worked with you directly. At most 4 per person, and nobody reviews more than 2 colleagues.
When do I see my result?
After calibration is finished and released. You go through it in your one-on-one, not before.
